Chef James K Alam has been a chef for over 15 years. James started his career at Cala Luna in Mosman. He became the Executive chef of the venue in 2011. In 2012 James started a brand new Italian Joint in Northbridge called Cervo. Withing six months Chef James K Alam was featured in Sydney good food guide and Delicious Magazine. He has worked all across Sydney's top retaurants and cafes. He opened multiple venues including The Bakehouse at North Kelliville which won multiple awards in previous years. Currently He is Running Oxygen Cafe in south Granville.
